We did a pretty amazing martial art shoot with the Greek artist Stelios Faitakis in Venice. Stelios has a great mural on the outside of the Danish Pavilion at the Venice Biennale.

I first met Jahan at the Huntington Beach Art Center when we were doing Improvised Explosive Data. During Finishing School‘s trip to Venice, Jahan met up with us. He was to be a part of our film project. He came to the Biennale looking quite stylish. I don’t know if Venice was quite ready for him. I shot this photo of him at the Giardini on my 35mm Canon EF.
